Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and community outreach programs.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.; Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.; Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and transportation.; Support marketing efforts through event promotion and attendee communication.; Help set up and break down event spaces to meet specific requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related field preferred.; Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.; Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
