Epic Willow Inventory Analyst

The health system will be hiring two full-time Epic Application Analyst II contractors to support the expedited Willow Inventory for Ambulatory Clinics implementation and the retirement of Lawson. The health system currently uses Willow Inventory within its Retail Pharmacies and is now extending this to Ambulatory Clinics. The analyst will perform design, build, implementation, and go-live support for the new Epic application, working with Digital Applications and Pharmacy stakeholders to keep the project on schedule. The scope includes Epic Willow Ambulatory Inventory Supply Tracking and related medication inventory workflows, including inventory levels, par settings, reorder processes, receiving, and inventory balance activities. The projected assignment is approximately one year, with project completion targeted for July 2027 and go-live support required through July 15, 2027. Full remote work is acceptable; local candidates are preferred for occasional office presence, with limited travel possible for go-lives.

Requirements

Experience with Epic application design and build; Experience supporting Epic implementation and go-live activities; Ability to support the transition from Lawson to Epic Inventory; Ability to work a full-time contract assignment; Ability to support an expedited implementation timeline through July 2027; Ability to collaborate with Digital Applications and Pharmacy stakeholders; Ability to accommodate limited travel for go-live activities if needed

Epic Willow Inventory certification preferred; Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory Inventory Supply Tracking; Experience with ambulatory or retail pharmacy inventory workflows; Experience with par levels, automatic purchase orders, and reorder configuration; Experience with barcode-enabled receiving and inventory balance workflows; Experience supporting Lawson retirement or migration to Epic Inventory
