Equipment Maintenance Technician (Probe/Assembly/Test)

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the position of Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. Requirements

AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.; 5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE.; Minimum of 5 years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field; Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices; Strong mechanical skills; Strong electronic skills; Excellent Oral communication skills; Excellent Written Communication skills; Demonstrated problem solving ability; Must be able to lift 40lbs; A U.S. citizen or U.S. national,; A lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or; A protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
