Evening & Weekend Care Assistant

We’re currently recruiting Evening and Weekend Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across Northwest and Central London.

Responsibilities

Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming; Assisting with medication – preparation and administration; Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely; Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support; Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning; Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships; Encouraging social engagement and family connections; Monitoring health and reporting any changes; Maintaining accurate documentation; Responding to emergencies safely and effectively; Working collaboratively with families and professionals

Requirements
