Searcys are looking for Events Waiter / Waitressto join our Team at 116 Pall Mall.

A Events Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, help running events, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in events. They act as the main point of contact between the customer and the establishment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high service standards during events.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally de-signed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion. This venue benefits from traditional meeting rooms to glamourous chandelier filled ballrooms.

Contract : 0 Hours

Salary: £14.80 per hour + Service charge

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to our guests; To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services; Take part in the setup of restaurant and events; Nurture and develop new commis waiters; Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings; Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers; Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
