Experienced CNC Machinists

Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC, as part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join its fast-growing team in the medical device manufacturing industry. Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes, machining centers, and/or grinders; Machine complex, tight-tolerance components for medical device applications; Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions; Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools; Optimize processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cycle times; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

Requirements

3+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe, mill, and/or grinding); Experience machining tight-tolerance, high-precision components; Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge; Familiarity with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators); Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven; Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding organization

Nice to have

Experience in medical, aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred; CMM experience is a plus
