Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.

🦸 What We’re Looking For

We are looking for experienced female care professionals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our wonderful clients.

Responsibilities

💧 Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming; 💊 Assisting with medication – preparation and administration; 🚶 Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely; 🍲 Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support; 🧺 Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning; 💬 Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships; 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections; 👀 Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family; 📝 Maintain accurate documentation of care provided; 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively; 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

Requirements

Experienced female care assistants with a passion for helping others; Reliable, compassionate, and committed individuals; Willingness to travel locally (mileage paid); Must be eligible to work in the UK; ✅ Experience: Previous experience as a Care Assistant with a true passion for helping others.; 🚗 Driving Requirement: A willingness to travel locally with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage paid).; ✅ Genuine compassion and respect for others; ✅ The right to work in the UK

Benefits
