Experienced Technician

Primary Function: Perform setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive and predictive maintenance of automated test handler used for Final Test, Wafer Sort and TNR manufacturing processes.

Perform setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive and predictive maintenance of automated test handler used for Final Test, Wafer Sort and TNR manufacturing processes

Requirements

Able to perform equipment setup and conversion; Able to operate equipment and explain its major subsystems; Familiar with board-level verification and software validation; Knowledgeable in electronic circuits and schematic diagrams; Able to identify and troubleshoot communication, software configuration, and interface issues; Able to perform Level 1, 2, and 3 parts replacement activities; Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related vocational course; At least 3 years to 5 years of work experience in electronics or semiconductor industry; Experience in operating and maintaining Multitest MT99, MT93, and MT9510 test handlers; Experience in operating and maintaining Rasco 1000, 200, and 2800 test handlers; Experience in operating and maintaining Delta EDGE, Matrix, Hontech, and Seiko Epson test handlers; Experience in operating and maintaining Ismeca and SRM test handlers
