Extruder Operator 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

Set up and support production equipment to meet daily production goals.; Monitor equipment and help troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly.; Work with team members to solve problems and improve processes.; Perform equipment changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.; Operate production equipment as needed.; Train and support new and existing team members.; Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.; Maintain a clean and organized work area.; Participate in continuous improvement and team projects.; Complete required production documentation.; Support other manufacturing activities as needed.

Requirements

Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or technician experience preferred.; Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.; Strong problem-solving and communication skills.; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.; Basic computer skills.; Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.; Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.; Experience with extrusion, plastics, or windows and doors manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
