The Food & Beverages Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role supports team coordination, staff training, and efficient workflow across dining areas, or event spaces.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts; Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards; Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction; Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management; Train and mentor new team members; Handle guest feedback and resolve issues

Requirements

Proven experience in food & beverage service; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to have

2+ years in food & beverage service, with some leadership experience; Strong communication and team management skills; Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
