Facility Executive-Technical

Manage outsourced technical services and Jones Lang LaSalle personnel, including inspections and quality management of service delivery, covering electromechanical maintenance such as UPS & IPS, air-conditioning systems (Split, VRF & HVAC), generators and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Manage all outsourced tech services and Jones Lang LaSalle personnel, including inspections and quality management of service delivery; Manage electromechanical maintenance (UPS & IPS, air-conditioning, generator, electrical systems); Develop and implement building procedures and performance measures; Ensure adequate supply of materials and services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by CLIENT; Routinely inspect contracted services against SLAs and scorecards; Plan, organize and arrange proactive and reactive maintenance; Coordinate with landlord on daily closure of snags; Monitor and prepare reports on scrap disposal and waste management; Ensure continuous supply of office stationery and consumables; Manage and assist with the personal development of third-party vendor staff; Assist in compilation of MIS related to technical services; Manage vendor relationships, service contracts and timely vendor payments; Raise building incident reports and follow up until closure; Accountable for all inventories and contracts for FM-related equipment; Coordinate fire evacuation drills and first aid training; Manage all health and safety issues
