Female Disability Support Workers – Potential 24/7 Roster | Tweed Heads

We're currently seeking dedicated female Disability Support Workers to join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant's home. This position involves a rotating roster covering weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts (with wake up calls). Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – early applications are encouraged.

Responsibilities

Providing personal care and hygiene support; Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean home environment; Supporting social and community participation; Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs; Assisting with mobility (Sara Steady transfers); Medication administration support

Requirements

Certificate III or CIV in Disability or equivalent; Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003) within 12 months; NDIS Worker Screening Check; NDIS Orientation Module Certificate; National Police Check within 12 months; Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support; Valid driver's licence and reliable transport; Full rights to work in Australia
