Field Service Engineer

A well-established and growing garage equipment wholesale business is looking to add multiple service engineers to cover a regional patch, working on a catalogue of top of the range garage equipment. This role is a field based role focused along the M1 corridor. You’ll be joining a team of 30 Service Engineers, supporting a wide range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with field service experience, either working on garage equipment or other transferrable service work.

Responsibilities

Installation, service, maintenance and repair of garage equipment; Fault finding and breakdown response across customer sites; Planned preventative maintenance and inspections; Working on a wide range of equipment; Covering a regional patch

Requirements

Previous experience working on Electromechanical/Hydraulic equipment (could be from transferrable industries, e.g., forklift engineer or car mechanic); Field service experience, either working on garage equipment or other transferrable service work; Ability to work independently in a field-based role; Full UK driving licence; Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
