Field Service Technician (7am to 4pm) 6866

Daniels Health is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help support your assigned hospital with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day. We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation; inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—including entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients; lifting containers up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 300 lbs throughout the day; maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized; using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team; keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service; representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic

Requirements

Physically fit; comfortable with heavy lifting; enjoys active, on-the-go work; team player who can also work independently without direct supervision; strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures; reliable personal transportation; can-do attitude; previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role
