Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

Review regional leasing and development submissions; Prepare consolidated leasing statistics and KPIs for senior management and public disclosures; Perform analyses of investments and its financial projections; Identify unusual or unexpected variances; Prepare operating environment and capital events for senior management and the board of directors to review; Monitor near-term liquidity events for certain investments; Work closely with regional FP&A teams to understand upcoming liquidity needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 1-3 years of related experience within public accounting; Experience understanding complex transactions

Nice to have

Experience in OneStream a plus; CPA preferred
