Requirements

Highly skilled and experienced associate; Experience structuring and negotiating syndicated revolving and term loans, asset-based facilities, second lien loans, mezzanine financings, bridge facilities, financial sponsor debt investments, and loan workouts and restructurings; Senior Level (5-10+ years); PQE: 4-6 years, 7+ years, 10+ years
