Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate. The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP; Oversee the consolidation of financial data from various departments and subsidiaries; Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy; Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure compliance; Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management and external stakeholders; Prepare and present financial reports highlighting key trends and variances to senior management and external stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting; Experience in real estate asset management preferred; Managerial experience required; CPA or CMA preferred; Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards; Experience with operation consolidation reporting mechanics involving multiple entities; Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
