As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the official face of Fidelity in the branch; Have rewarding interactions with clients; Act as subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions; Partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships; Provide daily support to Fidelity's most valued clients; Proactively identify opportunities and make effective introductions

Requirements

Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience; Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients; The ability to assess client needs and find opportunities; Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity; Series 07 - FINRA; Series 63 - FINRA; Series 66 - FINRA

Nice to have

Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services; A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications; Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities
