As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

Make a key impact on the branch atmosphere as the official face of Fidelity; Inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships; Provide rewarding interactions with clients; Act as a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions; Partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships; Provide daily support to Fidelity’s most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens client relationships; Proactively identify opportunities and make effective introductions; Play a direct role in driving the success and growth of the branch

Requirements

Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience; Required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and overall performance; Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients; The ability to assess client needs and find opportunities; Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity

Nice to have

Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services; A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications
