Responsibilities

Support Fidelity’s customers by answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades; Obtain FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66, fully sponsored by Fidelity; Build and solidify skills by supporting customers with increasing complexity and participating in development, networking, and training; Transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role after completing the program

Requirements

High energy and enthusiasm with a demonstrated passion for helping people; Flexibility and self-motivation; Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment; Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services; Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience; Superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once; Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity; Successful completion of all FINRA licensing exams (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66); Series 07 - FINRA; Series 66 - FINRA
