Financing Associate

Our client is a leading global investment firm overseeing more than $75 billion in AUM, with a diversified strategy spanning leveraged loans, high-yield credit, asset-based leasing, and private equity.

Responsibilities

Manage compliance with credit facility terms; Coordinate new fund pipeline and investor requests; Source term sheets for new opportunities; Manage various existing asset warehousing arrangements; Coordinate with operational teams with respect to mechanics of facility closings and daily monitoring; Review and compare leverage across funds to ensure leverage targets are met; Review fund investments for inclusion in asset facilities; Manage loan approval process with lenders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 4-6 years of related experience within financial services; Understanding of credit facilities and/or CLOs; Understanding of bank loans required
