Job Title: Flexographic Printing Press Operator III
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities; Setup & Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate flexographic printing presses. Prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink rollers, load material rolls, and run production orders efficiently.; Quality Assurance: Inspect production using overlay gauges and precision measurement tools to maintain strict tolerances and high-quality standards.; Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and investigate mechanical malfunctions to identify root causes and minimize downtime.; Safety & Process Standards: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO 9001 guidelines, and safety practices while partnering with team members to achieve site goals.; Data Entry: Utilize computer software to accurately log finished production, material usage, and process documentation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.; 2+ years of flexographic press operation or printing machine setup experience.; Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting capability, and high attention to detail.; Basic math proficiency and comfort using production reporting software/PC applications.; Ability to read shop scales, tape measures, and follow written/verbal work instructions.; Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs., utilizing plant lift aids for heavier items.
