Floor Technician - Environmental Services - FT - Evenings - MRHS

Creates a sanitary, safe environment and enhances the appearance of the facility. Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces. Ensures proper sanitation of medical equipment as required. Performs other environmental services duties as needed. May be responsible for maintaining a consistent floor care program according to outlined policies and procedures. Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition and stores in appropriate storage area when finished with shift. Replenishes supplies and/or linen in patient rooms as necessary or designated.

Requirements

No degree required; No experience required; Critical thinking skills; Effective communication skills; Decisive judgment; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
