Performs a variety of food service functions.

Responsibilities

Follows food safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines; Prepares food, replenishes work stations and completes assigned kitchen activities; May transport food carts and trays; Assists customers with food requests

No degree or education required; No experience required; Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision; Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
