Founding Product Manager

Sailor is looking for a Founding Product Manager to join as an early product leader. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define and launch AI-first products from scratch at a startup with extreme PMF. You’ll own core product strategy, drive execution across engineering and design, and shape how AI delivers real clinical impact at scale.

Responsibilities

Drive product execution end-to-end as the central bridge across founders, engineering, design, and clinical teams; Build AI voice-powered coaches for patients to support cognitive health, mindfulness, and overall wellness; Build AI care agents for healthcare providers including speech-to-text triage, care navigation copilots, auto-summarized progress notes, and intelligent intake; Build clinical operations layer spanning patient scheduling, documentation, and revenue cycle management

Requirements

2+ years of product experience; built and shipped products end-to-end; A+ player; product-driven; strong intuition for user needs; high EQ; deep curiosity to understand underlying business and clinical problems; AI-native; ability to thrive in ambiguity
