Responsibilities

Create engaging, scroll-stopping content that shows how dating can be simple, genuine, and offline again; create a steady stream of content for social channels (organic and paid); shoot and edit content yourself across Breeze accounts; work from content plan and weekly briefs; bring own ideas to weekly content sessions; spot TikTok trends and turn dating culture into witty reels; make short-form video content; grow Instagram and TikTok channels; monitor performance and learn from it; stay aligned with creative strategy and brand; champion use of brand assets; create a content bank; keep a steady posting rhythm across organic social channels; shoot formats that repurpose easily for paid social; think ahead to future uses; keep content library clear and accessible; bring fresh concepts and trend spots to weekly content refinement; find new formats and angles that fit the brand

Requirements

Experienced content creator with a strong track record of high-performing posts; eye for visual language and storytelling; know editing tools; can independently shoot and edit own content from start to finish; reliable and take ownership; deliver what you commit to on time without needing to be chased; highly organized and strong self-manager; can plan shoots and edits for multiple stakeholders; live and breathe social; tuned into trends, culture, and online conversation; can quickly notice trends and opportunities and see how Breeze can play into them; creatively resourceful and full of ideas; love brainstorming new concepts; not afraid to experiment with new tech or AI tools; team player who works well with marketers, product folks, and creators; communicate clearly and follow through; affinity for data; know key metrics; use content performance insights; fluent English speaker (native level)
