The role involves answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email, solving problems, following brand guidelines, logging customer interactions, and working closely with the team.

Responsibilities

Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude; Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with; Following the brand’s guidelines and quality standards on every interaction; Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems; Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

Fluent in French, good English; Strong communication and active listening skills; A problem-solving, can-do mindset; Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools; Availability to work in shifts; High school diploma or equivalent; B2+ English level; Resident of a European Union country; CV must be sent in English
