This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative French Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication

Requirements

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills; Proficiency in French B2-C1; Grads and Dropouts only; Flexibility with European time zone.; Flexibility with Rotational shifts; Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
