Front Desk and Sales Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Front Desk and Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our Front Desk. This is a people-first role - you’ll connect with prospective and current members every single day and guide families through enrollment. If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making a great first impression, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Greet every member and family warmly at check-in; Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls; Guide families through the student registration process; Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally; Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases; Make calls to resolve open account issues; Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk; Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary

Requirements

Friendly, driven, and detail-oriented; Natural communicator comfortable on the phone and in person; Comfortable learning new software; Organized, dependable, and proactive; Basic computer skills; Must obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School; Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
