A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant

- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
- Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
- Lean into team work and assist with accommodation and booking duties as required

Requirements

You are willing to work 2-3 overnight (11pm - 7am); You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters; You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates; You are highly organised and have great computer skills; You hold a current RSA certificate; Previous hotel experience is highly regarded; This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
