FT Nurse Practitioner (NP)

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. Full-Time | Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. The NP will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Conduct patient assessments; Document SOAP notes; Monitor treatment responses; Educate patients and families; Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system; Review nursing documentation; Uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market; Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be flexible to support market needs; Days and locations may be subject to change; Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license; Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state); AANP or ANCC board certification; BLS certification; Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills; Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Proficiency in clinical documentation; Experience with EHR systems; Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

PALS certification; Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
