Fulfillment Associate (Warehouse)

As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality European auto parts to enthusiasts, professional technicians, and customers who rely on us to keep their vehicles performing at their best. In this fast-paced, hands-on environment, you’ll work across multiple areas of the operation, including inbound receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing. In this role, you’ll support every stage of the fulfillment process—from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll also help maintain inventory accuracy, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot order or product issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Support every stage of the fulfillment process from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency; Maintain inventory accuracy; Receive, inspect, and organize incoming automotive inventory; Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy; Prepare shipments and load outgoing deliveries; Use handheld scanners and fulfillment systems to process orders; Troubleshoot order or inventory issues when needed; Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards; Process customer returns and support reverse logistics; Operate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided)

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment; Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift; Pay attention to detail and take pride in accuracy; Willing to learn new systems and processes; Work independently and as part of a team; Able to lift, push, and move packages and equipment; Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift; Able to use carts, dollies, and other tools to move inventory; Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards; Willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required

Nice to have

Previous experience working in a Fulfillment Center/Warehouse; Experience with physical work (lifting boxes, standing for extended periods, and walking throughout a shift)
