Fulfillment Associate (Warehouse)

As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality European auto parts to enthusiasts, professional technicians, and customers. In this fast-paced, hands-on environment, you’ll work across multiple areas of the operation, including inbound receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing. You’ll support every stage of the fulfillment process—from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll also help maintain inventory accuracy, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot order or product issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Support every stage of the fulfillment process from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency; Maintain inventory accuracy; Perform quality checks; Troubleshoot order or product issues; Receive, inspect, and organize incoming automotive inventory; Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy; Prepare shipments and load outgoing deliveries; Use handheld scanners and fulfillment systems to process orders; Process customer returns and support reverse logistics; Operate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided)

Requirements

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift; Attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy; Willingness to learn new systems and processes; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to lift, push, and move packages and equipment; Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift; Ability to use carts, dollies, and other tools to move inventory; Ability to follow safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times
