Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers; Troubleshoot springs, cables, sections, and operators; Perform routine service and preventative maintenance; Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain solutions; Complete jobs safely, cleanly, and with attention to detail

Requirements

Proven experience in garage door service and repair; Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability; Someone who works independently and takes ownership of their jobs; Professional, customer-focused attitude; Valid driver’s license; Proven experience as a garage door technician or a similar role.; Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various garage door systems.; Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.; Excellent customer service and communication skills.; Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.; Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record.; High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.; Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
