General Assistant - 32 Hour

Responsibilities

Set up and service meeting rooms with refreshments, working lunches, and hospitality requirements; Support catering for meetings, conferences, client events, and internal functions; Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to company standards; Operate retail catering outlets, coffee bars, or grab-and-go services; Process customer transactions and provide excellent customer service; Replenish food, beverage, and retail displays, ensuring products are well presented and fully stocked; Receive, check, and store deliveries, rotating stock as required; Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, hospitality areas, retail spaces, and equipment; Clear and reset meeting rooms and service areas promptly; Follow all food safety, allergen, health and safety, and company procedures; Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
