General Help Part Time

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Tim Hortons Associates to join our team. As a Tim Hortons Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service; Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards; Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately; Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment; Follow food safety, sanitation, and health & safety procedures; Restock products and supplies as needed; Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks; Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods; Support hospital and Compass Group service standards

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures; Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs; Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice to have

Previous customer service or food service experience is considered an asset
