You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Our General Manager position can be offered with no prior pizza experience, but it is preferred. General Manager candidate has to complete all evaluations up to Manager in Training before becoming manager of a store location.

Judgment; math; ability to multitask; ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person; ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); ability to make correct monetary change; verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area; ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product; must complete all evaluations up to Manager in Training before becoming manager of a store location; attendance and punctuality; transportation to/from work; physical requirements including standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks
