General Manager

As General Manager, you will oversee overall store performance, including sales, customer experience, team development, and operational execution. Responsibilities

Lead overall dealership performance with a focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence; Drive sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment; Execute company-wide initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to maximize business results and meet or exceed dealership goals; Coach and develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and growth; Provide leadership and direction across dealership operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience; Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, communication, and continuous improvement; Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve dealership performance

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of leadership or management experience; Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills; Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational results; Proactive leadership; Drive and adaptability; Sound judgment; Strong communication skills; Critical thinking; Active listening; Attention to detail; Composure under pressure; Collaborative mindset

Nice to have

College degree preferred; General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or other operational leadership experience preferred
