Global Proposal Response Manager, GTM Enablement (AI & Automation)

We are looking for a forward-thinking, AI-savvy Global Proposal Response Manager to revolutionize our RFP and proposal process within our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. As our Global Proposal Response Manager, you will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across our global markets. You will partner closely with international Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product teams, and Executives to build compelling, winning responses for world-class brands. Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, you will have the opportunity to define what modern, global proposal management looks like at Bloomreach.

Responsibilities

Global Workflow Architecture: evaluate, design, and optimize global GTM proposal processes, establish scalable frameworks, define international hand-offs, optimize template libraries, and embed AI into daily sprint cadence; Strategic Qualification: lead initial intake process and facilitate Go/No-Go assessments; Leadership Insights & Reporting: analyze proposal data, win/loss trends, and product gaps, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for leadership; End-to-End Project Management: own global proposal roadmap, define timelines across time zones, assign deliverables, and keep stakeholders accountable; AI-Driven Content Crafting: serve as power-user and global champion for proposal tech stack, use AI to generate, refine, and optimize responses while maintaining brand voice; Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams to translate complex technical capabilities into business benefits

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires within Enterprise B2B SaaS space with a proven track record of handling comprehensive, multi-product solutions on an international scale; Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to see the big picture data within proposals, track response metrics, and communicate complex trends clearly to executive leadership; Process builder mindset with proven experience building or transforming workflows from scratch, balancing speed to submit with high-quality output, and piloting new processes globally; Tech-forward mindset with deep comfort working with AI-driven proposal tools, experience with Von highly preferred; Agile and global adaptability, managing multiple high-stakes deadlines across global regions and pivoting quickly; Master communicator with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; Influence without authority, strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Conveyer, Loopio or similar RFP tooling; APMP Certification (Foundation or Practitioner level); PMP (Project Management Professional); PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner); Familiarity with broader sales and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Von, Slack)
