Group Product Manager | Argentina

As a Group Product Manager you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions; Own the product direction for South Cone LatAm payments end-to-end; Build and nurture a high-performing team of product managers; Translate EBANX's strategic ambitions into a clear, executable product roadmap; Define and own the multi-year product strategy for payment solutions; Partner closely with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering; Own key performance metrics (TPV, revenue, cost of payment, margins) and drive continuous improvement; Champion a rigorous discovery process; Oversee full product lifecycle management; Define and evolve product metrics frameworks

Requirements

Proven track record leading product teams in payments, fintech, or high-growth tech environments — with measurable business impact; Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Latin America: acquirers, issuers, schemes, APMs, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulatory landscape; Strong people leadership skills — experience hiring, coaching, and developing product managers; Exceptional business acumen: able to connect product strategy to revenue, unit economics, and market positioning; Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across commercial, engineering, legal, and operations; Strong track record of operating in global and multicultural organizations; Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap prioritization, delivery, go-to-market, and performance tracking; Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
