Growth Program Manager

We are looking for a Growth Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and drive the execution of N26’s most critical strategic initiatives. This role focuses on high-impact, cross-departmental projects – such as refining our value proposition or optimizing global consent frameworks – that fundamentally shape our business. You will be the 'bridge' between strategy and reality, ensuring that complex projects with dozens of moving parts stay on track.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate the Growth Roadmap: Own the overarching Growth roadmap, maintaining a clear overview of all active initiatives; Drive Strategic Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-departmental projects across the growth department; Orchestrate Multi-Project Timelines: Maintain a rigorous overview of deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables across several complex workstreams; Proactively Manage Risk: Identify potential bottlenecks and project risks early on and propose solutions; Influence Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for internal teams; Enable Executive Decision-Making: Keep the Senior Leadership team informed through clear, concise status reporting

Requirements

Proven Track Record in Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, strategic projects in a fast-paced environment; High Emotional Intelligence & Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and hold senior stakeholders accountable while keeping teams motivated; Operational Rigor: Systematic approach to project management, utilizing frameworks and tools to track complex dependencies; Strategic Financial Acumen: Forecasting resource needs and managing project-specific budgets; Clear & Concise Communication: Ability to synthesize complex project updates into actionable insights for executive-level audiences

Fintech or high-growth tech experience is a plus
