In this dynamic role, team members perform a combination of valet, bell, and door attendant responsibilities, rotating between positions based on operational needs. We are looking for hospitality-driven individuals who take pride in delivering professional, friendly, and attentive service at all times.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and departure; Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently; Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings; Open doors and provide directional assistance as needed; Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude; Provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions; Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; Communicate effectively with team members and management; Follow all safety and vehicle handling procedures; Support restaurant valet operations

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills; Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties); Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods; Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and guest items (up to 50 lbs); Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions; Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in multiple service areas

Nice to have

Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
