Guest Services Assistant - Boeing Center at Tech Port

The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests. This individual understands that they have the ability to impact each guest's experience and does everything that they can to enhance the experience while abiding by company policies.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet all guests, check for valid tickets when necessary; Provide personal and proactive assistance to all guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality; Assist guests with accurate directions to seating sections and key attractions; Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work; Receive and quickly act upon guest requests or complaints; Retain extensive knowledge of venue layout, seating sections, attractions, personnel, and emergency procedures; Enforce stadium and league rules, regulations, and policies; Provide immediate assistance and emergency notification to guests in the event of an accident or injury; Assist in evacuating the arena during emergencies; Monitor public areas to maintain order and safety; Perform daily safety and security checks; Work cohesively with other departments; Perform additional functions as directed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of event services and/or guest service experience or related public relations, promotions required; Must complete assigned Trained Crowd Management training within 2 weeks of onboarding date; Must be age 18 or older; Nice, warm, and courteous; Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service; Communicate articulately; Maintain professional appearance and grooming; Able to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and climb stairs; Team player able to work well in a fast-paced environment; Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
