Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients; Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team; Collaborate with ownership on setting and achieving goals for your team, excel at daily operations, and advance the local reputation of your salon; Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications; Train, educate, and mentor stylists alongside the salon manager; Support manager in ensuring salon compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations.

Requirements

Have an active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license); Have a deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry; Are true leaders at heart, with management ambitions; Are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset; Love to mentor up-and-coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others; Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor; Understand and support key actions for success, like goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach; Take pride in exceeding cleanliness standards.
