Provide exceptional guest service; Understand each guest's needs; Provide quality consultations; Perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner

Requirements

Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations; Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required; Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; Good eyesight to observe a guest's hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus; Ability to stand, move, lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday; Comfortable occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs; Comfortable working around salon products, fragrances, and chemicals
