Responsibilities

Perform full-service styling: precision cuts, styles, vibrant color, highlights, and facial waxing; Conduct real consultations and ensure clients leave feeling confident; Contribute to the clean team vibe by pitching in on sweeping, laundry/towels, scrubbing bowls, and stocking retail shelves; Use the POS system to check guests in and out and handle basic salon math

Requirements

Current Cosmetology or Barber license; Licensed stylist who thrives in a fast-paced environment; Reliability: ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Energy: comfortable with the physical pace of a busy salon; Professionalism: handle the hustle while keeping station clean and positive attitude
