Manage and mentor kitchen teams while maintaining a customer‑focused, safe, and welcoming environment; Balance hands‑on Chef duties with planning, administration, and stakeholder engagement; Drive team performance and uphold Sodexo’s high food safety and quality standards; Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures

Requirements

Trade Certificate – Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery; Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or Full Working Rights; Experience in a similar leadership role (highly desirable); Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service; Solid background in large‑scale kitchen operations, ideally within the resources sector; Flexibility and resilience to work an 8:6 FIFO roster; A positive, can‑do attitude and commitment to team culture
