Head of Business Unit

Responsibilities

Independently lead the development and execution of a strategic growth plan for one of our client's brands, aligned with the overall company vision; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies; Oversee all aspects of the Business Unit operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and branch management; Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement; Develop and manage the budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and create a healthy P&L; Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-oriented work environment; Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals; Lead negotiations with partners/vendors; Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry; Represent the Business Unit for any engagements with the government, media, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred); 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the retail industry or other related industries; Proven track record of successfully establishing and growing a brand in a new market; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team; Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities; Strong financial management skills and experience with budgeting; Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
