Responsibilities

Train, develop, manage and motivate your team to ensure your team provide exceptional food quality to guests at all times; Communicate, feedback and liaise with the General Manager and their team; Responsible for maintaining the highest level of food hygiene throughout the site and its kitchens; Work hand in hand with the culinary director to develop and deliver dishes of the highest quality; Drive and maintain a highly organised culinary operation across all departments

Requirements
