Head of People

Our client is a thriving hospitality group with a passion for people, operating 10 hotels primarily in London with additional locations across the UK. They are seeking a new Head of People to join their team in a senior leadership position, reporting to the Managing Director and overseeing all aspects of human resources, learning and development, and people strategies across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of human resources, learning and development, and people strategies across the entire organisation; Spend days split between the London support office and visiting each of the hotel properties; Ensure the culture thrives and the people flourish; Lead HR and learning and development functions across a portfolio of over 300 employees and multiple distinctive properties; Work closely with the Operations Director; Focus initiatives on enhancing workplace culture and supporting staff and guests
